Most athletes or their parents seek me out and use my programs to help launch them towards an athletic college scholarship or to get ready for "the next level". The bottom line is, if you need to get stronger or faster for your sport, I'm your guy!
In the winter of 2006, a group of dads that used to watch me train their young athletes inquired about starting a Men's Strength & Conditioning Program, something that they could do to get into shape while using some of the same exercises and techniques I used with the athletes. Since then my Men's Fitness Boot Camp has exploded. "Regular Joe's" are getting into the best shape of their lives using the same programs as athletes (although scaled down a bit for some of the less fit). The Men's Fitness Boot Camp has been featured on Fox 13 News, The St. Petersburg Times, and had been recently voted "Best In The Bay" by Creative Loafing Newspaper.

Let's take a few steps back... in 2001 I graduated from St. John's
University where I played football on an athletic scholarship.
Immediately following undergrad, I enrolled in a graduate programs to study Exercise Science. Between 2001 and 2005 I spend over $17,000 on sports and fitness education and certifications. I took internships, studied all over the country taking several courses and seminars every year and amassing a library that Ralph Waldo Emerson would be proud of.
Basically, I bombarded my brain with as much sports and fitness 'science' that my nervous system could handle. Today, I have finally sifted through that avalanche of knowledge and create the most time efficient, result producing, safe and sound fitness and sports performance programs available. My job is to support you in fulfilling all of your sports performance and fitness goals. It is my honor and life's purpose to serve.
